ValueClick Media currently represent the pick of the independent online publishers due to their great support and service, as well as decent payouts ($0.50+ eCPM for banners/skyscrapers and $3.00+ eCPM for pop-unders). They always answer any questions promptly and politely, and most importantly pay on time every time, on the 20th of the month following you earning the revenue (NET 20).

They offer one of the widest options of advertisement types of any network, ranging from traditional banners and skyscrapers to the larger modern standards, pop-unders. Most interestingly, they have recently introduced an interstitial, which is a full page ad displayed for 10 seconds when a linked is clicked before forwarding the user onto the next page. This is a very useful addition for sites with long, multipage articles, as they are finally able to monetize the article as a whole in a similar way to magazines showing ads between pages.

The interface has had a major overhaul in recent years and now offers one of the easiest and most advanced of any network available, giving publishers some great graphically represented real-time statistics, and lets you (de)select each campaign individually and by content filter. The eCPM is shown for each campaign, as well as a number of other things, although this lets you compare all campaigns (CPC and CPM) on how well they are performing for you personally. This means that you can deselect the worst performing campaigns and make use of ValueClick’s industry leading defaults manager, so you can send your remaining traffic to any number of other ad networks. They have even recently released floating defaults which allow you to set up default campaigns which are put into rotation at a set eCPM, so working as a real campaign.

The previous main fault with Fastclick (a well regarded ad network acquired by ValueClick in 2005) was the amount of flashing ‘punch the monkey’ and ‘you’ve won’ campaigns in rotation. However, since the acquisition by Valueclick, the results of Valueclick’s large international sales team has started to come to fruition as there are now an even larger amount of high quality advertisements from reputable companies targeted to numerous international geographic demographics.

Overall, ValueClick Media is a great company to work with, and is a very reliable source of income, constantly improving and adapting to improve their services.

    Do they accept autoblogs?

No. All the advertising networks listed here are high tier networks and as such are after high quality sites to add to their publisher networks.

Hi Tim, just want to correct the min payout amount is not $50 but $25 via Paypal. ValueClick is a great ad network and they pay me on time in NET 20. Very happy to be a member of VCM.

Thank you again for finding these corrections Faud.
I’ve updated the minimum payout threshold to $25, which is a welcome improvement by VCM.
I’m going to go through the information on each network over the next week making sure the other details are up-to-date – I just wish the networks would make more of an announcement when these changes happen.

On a side note, as you’re already a publisher at Burst and VCM, have you taken a look at Casale Media and Tribal Fusion? Both also great networks to work with.

It is very hard to join TF that requires a minimum of 500k unique visitors per month. My website currently only gets 60k+ unique visitors which is still very far from TF’s criteria.

For me the best ad is Adsense which I can earn $14 – $20 per day from a site with 2k+ daily visitors.

@twitter-148583418:disqus Unless you have broken some of their major terms (illegality/adult/etc) then they should give you a reason for your termination. I have always found their support staff to be very helpful and willing to explain issues if I found them.

They did that to me without any prior warning and then rejected my appeal after I wrote one.
