About Us

AdBalance was started in 2004 by me (Tim Dickinson), and I am now the editor and administrator of the site. That means that I created the site from scratch, and have built it up over the years, and now have the final say about what is published. Additionally, I write the majority of the reviews, tutorials, articles, and news items at the moment. So basically, the site is run from my house in Milngavie in Scotland, with the server in the USA.

However, I am currently hiring for new staff, and although any work will be on a voluntary basis, regular authors and columnists will be given free webspace and email addresses, as well as the obvious experience, and some advertising. I am also looking for forum moderators and PR people, who will be given the same kinds of benefits depending on exactly how they would like to work with the site.
