Joetec is a decent second tier network, as they fill 100% of your impressions for most ad units, and have good reporting and excellent support.
Joetec are a similar network to CPX, as although though do not offer rates comparable to the likes of Fastclick or Tribal Fusion, they will sell all your inventory that those networks have not managed to sell, and at reasonable rates with banners and skyscrapers about $0.15 eCPM.
They actually offer more creative sizes and types than most other second tier networks, as they offer interstitials and layer ads as well as the normal banners, skyscraper and rectangles. This shows that they are keeping up with developments in online advertising, and are continually evolving to better represent their publishers and advertisers.
They have also recently changed ad serving solution to Advert Pro, which gives an uncluttered and professional interface and real-time statistics including graphs. You are also able to get any ads that you don’t want to run removed by simply emailing your publisher representative.
Overall, Joetec are a good second tier network with a 100% sell out rate for your entire unsold inventory in most creative sizes and types.
