RealTechNetwork

RealTechNetwork is a relatively new advertising network, but is establishing a reputation as reliable and providing decent rates, especially from US/Canada/UK.

RealTechNetwork offer quite competitive rates for their ad unites with banner and skyscrapers of $0.15+ eCPM for international traffic and $0.25+ eCPM for traffic from the UK or US. They also sell 100% of your inventory, so there is no need to set up a default campaign to another network.

They offer most the IAB standard creative sizes and types, and so work as a great second tier network, and their support team is very helpful to get you set up with your ad codes and solving any problems you may encounter. Also, although you can't deselect any campaigns or use any filters yourself, you can simply email your publisher representative, and they do it for you quite quickly.

The rate of expansion of RealTechNetwork can be shown in their move from the Advert Pro ad serving solution, to Thruport's AdJuggler, which offers a clean and simple interface and some advanced reporting features. They have also expanded there adsizes to include nearly all the recognised options, including streaming ads, and reduced their payment terms from NET 60 to NET 45 (NET 30 for direct deposit). The addition of Moneybookers as a payment option should be popular with publishers from Asia and Eastern Europe where they cannot get Paypal. However, the inability to choose the ads you show by eCPM can be a little frustrating.

Overall, RealTechNetwork is a reliable network which is reasonable as a first tier, but performs very well as a second tier network.
